Etisalat deploys customized billing services

Etisalat Egypt has announced the successful completion of BSS project thereby enhancing the operator’s billing flexibility and providing more service options to its data and enterprise customers.

For Etisalat Egypt, Ericsson provided consulting and systems integration expertise for the operator to support service development and make best use of Ericsson’s Charging System 5.0 (CS 5.0) and Mobile Broadband Charging (MBC). In addition, Ericsson provided proactive support services allowing Etisalat to offer improved network availability and customer experience to maintain a high level of service quality.
