Sophos acquires Cyberoam for Rs 500 crore

Cyberoam Technologies, a global network security company offering  security solutions has been acquired by Sophos, a company offering protection against complex threat and data loss for Rs 500 crore.

Cyberoam has a good portfolio of product, strong R&D base and a vast channel base both in India as well as outside. The company’s product offerings include: Cyberoam Network Security Appliances – UTM, NGFW; Cyberoam iView –Intelligent Logging and Reporting; Cyberoam Central Console (CCC); and Cyberoam NetGenie.

Cyberoam Technologies is part of Elitecore Technologies and has offices in USA, Middle East & India and its R&D and Global Support Management Centre in India. The Cyberoam Authorized Solution Provider (CASP) Program includes 5,000 leading distributors and resellers from more than 125 countries.
