Syniverse to host 4th Annual Customer Workshop

Syniverse plans to host the 4th Annual Customer Workshop on September 26-27 in Gurgaon to educate operators about optimizing customer care through real time intelligence solutions.

Entering its fourth year, the annual event is expected to draw more than 70 representatives from mobile operators and is designed to help customers deliver the latest mobile innovations to their end users. The workshop will be hosted by Morten Brogger, chief sales officer, Syniverse.

“This year we look forward to welcoming our mobile service provider and enterprise customers to discuss key industry themes and how Syniverse’s superior solutions and in-region support can uncover new ways to help them grow their businesses via mobile.”

Themed ‘Deliver a Superior Real-Time Mobile Experience,’ the one-and-a-half-day workshop will address an array of topics, including the exploration of mobile engagement possibilities with LTE; bridging 2G, 3G and 4G technologies among operators, networks and devices; optimizing customer care through real-time Intelligence solutions; and increased end-subscriber engagement with location-based services.
