Huawei Honor 7X Launched At Rs 12,999

Honor, Huawei’s smartphone-only brand, has launched a new smartphone, Honor 7X in the global market. The phone comes in two variants basis its storage capacity. The one with 32 GB storage is priced Rs 12,999 in India and the other model, with 64 GB storage, is priced at Rs 15,999.

Both the models will be available on Amazon India starting 7 December.

Honor 7x is the first smartphone from Honor to feature FullView Display and comes with 5.93 inch edge-to-edge, bezel-less screen design with 2160 x 1080 resolution. The 7X comes with 18.9 aspect ratio which is close to the 21:9 ratio used by cinemas, meaning that the screen delivers an outstandingly close cinema-like experience to users.

The Honor 7X is powered by an octal-core Kirin 659 processor at 2.36GHz and is equipped with 4GB RAM and EMUI5.1, Huawei’s own UI. With 4 GB RAM, the phone comes with in two variants – 32 GB and 64 GB. The storage capacity of the phone can be upgraded to 256 GB.

The Honor 7X features dual-lens 16MP + 2MP rear camera with large aperture and fast focusing means DSLR-level photo quality and shooting experience is at selfie-lovers’ fingertips. Combined with a powerful octal-core Kirin 659 and graphics processing unit (GPU), the Honor 7X provides a clarity and user experience that is incomparable at this highly competitive price. It also sports an 8 megapixel front camera.

The phone comes with a 3340 mAh battery and the company claims it will offer a whole day’s power back-up. Unfortunately, the 7X does not support Fast Charging, which is slowly becoming the standard for almost all smartphones these days.
